By purchasing a ticket or entering our premises, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the full scope of our legal policies and risk waivers.
1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK, INJURY & DEATH
High-Risk Activities: SJ Water Park Nasibpur provides aquatic recreational activities that are physically demanding and high-intensity. By entering the premises, you explicitly acknowledge that these activities carry significant inherent risks, including but not limited to, bodily injury, fractures, psychological trauma, drowning, paralysis, or ACCIDENTAL DEATH.
Irrevocable Waiver: You, for yourself and on behalf of your heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS SJ Water Park, its owners, directors, management, and employees from any and all claims, demands, losses, and liability arising out of or related to any INJURY, DISABILITY, OR DEATH you may suffer, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Self-Assessment: Guests are solely responsible for assessing their physical ability and health status before participating in any ride. The presence of lifeguards and safety staff is a precautionary measure and does not guarantee absolute safety or survival in the event of a medical crisis or accident.
2. HEALTH & MEDICAL MANDATES
Strict Prohibition: Access to high-speed slides and deep pools is denied to guests with:
- Chronic Heart Conditions or Pacemakers
- Pregnancy (At any stage)
- Back, Neck, Spinal or Bone injuries
- History of Seizures or Epilepsy
- High Blood Pressure or Cardiac issues
- Recent major surgeries (within 12 months)
- Contagious skin diseases or infections
- Open wounds or unhealed injuries
3. ADMISSION & CONDUCT POLICY
Right of Admission: Management reserves the absolute right to refuse entry or evict any guest from the park without assigning a reason. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
Sobriety & Drugs: Any individual found to be under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or any illegal substances will be denied entry or evicted immediately. Possession of tobacco, cigarettes, or vapes inside the park is strictly banned.
Zero Tolerance: Misbehavior with staff, jumping queues, using vulgar language, or any action that threatens the safety or peace of other guests will result in immediate removal from the park premises.
4. DRESS CODE & HYGIENE COMPLIANCE
For safety reasons (friction burns) and water quality (RO filtration health), specific attire is mandatory. Failure to comply will result in being barred from the rides.

5. PERSONAL BELONGINGS & LOCKERS
Lockers are provided as a convenience only. SJ Water Park does not assume any responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings, including electronics, jewelry, vehicles, or cash. Guests are advised not to bring valuable items to the park. Loss of locker keys or wristbands will incur a fine of ₹200.
6. FORCE MAJEURE & CLOSURES
Management reserves the right to suspend operations of any ride, pool, or the entire park due to extreme weather (lightning, heavy rain, storms), power failure, technical maintenance, or government orders. Under such circumstances, no refunds, partial or full, will be provided. Rescheduling or credit passes may be issued solely at the management's discretion.
7. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising from your visit to SJ Water Park Nasibpur shall be filed and settled exclusively within the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Narnaul, Haryana only.
